About The Event
Join us for an 6-week thoughtful and welcoming course exploring the rich tradition of Christian mysticism. Together, we will learn about influential Christian mystics throughout history and consider how their teachings can deepen our relationship with God today. The word mysticism refers to the mystery of God—those parts of faith that cannot always be fully explained but can be encountered in meaningful ways. In this class, we will learn about several Christian mystics, hear their stories and wisdom, and talk together about what their experiences might offer us today.
Each gathering will include simple spiritual practices you can try in the group and carry into everyday life. No experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
Join one or all of our meeting times and dates. All are welcome. No previous experience with contemplative prayer or Christian mysticism is required.
